TORRES William M 74 of Tucson AZ passed away April 9 2007 Attended school in Patagonia Served in the 508th and 11th Airborne Worked for ADOT for 33 years Husband of Esperanza father of Sandra Arvizu (Juarez) Norma Waldron (Frank) Gloria Bifulk (Warren) Sylvia Torres and son William Jr brother Lorenzo (Mackie) eight grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews William was always willing to give a helping hand and he will be greatly missed There will be visitation Tuesday April 17 at 9:00 10:00 am with service to follow at ABBEY FUNERAL CHAPEL 3435 N 1st Ave Tucson AZ 888-1111 Interment at Holy Hope Cemetery Arrangements by ABBEY FUNERAL CHAPEL

The timeframe of William's service in the 508th PIR is unclear.  Based on his date of birth it may have been in the 508th ARCT.
