Grave marker for Charles Vitez in Section 14, Crown Hill Cemetery and Mausoleum, Twinsburg (Summit county), Ohio.

Charles enlisted in the Army at Columbus, OH on 24 March 1943.

Pfc Vitez was transferred from Company F to the 504th PIR on 26 October 1945.  He was discharged on 3 January 1946.
