Grave marker for Stanley A. Walczak in Section 26B Site 401of the  Fort Logan National Cemetery, Denver (Denver County), Colorado.

Stanley enlisted in the Army on October 14, 1942 and volunteered for parachutist duty.

Pvt Walczak was transferred from the 82nd A/B Division to the Headquarters Company, 2nd Battalion of the 508th PIR on 23 July 1944.  He later was awarded the Combat Infantryman Badge for his participation in the Holland campaign and Airborne operations.
