VINTON G. WOGAN

Crypt marker for Vinton G. Wogan in the Mausoleum at Kinkead Cemetery, Alexandria (Douglas county), Minnesota.

Vinton enlisted in the Army at Ft Snelling, MN on 27 July 1944.

T/4 Wogan transferred into the 508th in late 1945 or early 1946.  Nothing more is known of his service career other than the fact that he was awarded the Good Conduct Medal on 28 February 1946 under the 508th's General Order 12.

Based on the crypt marker he remained in the Army and attained the rank of Sergeant First Class.
