MISSING IN ACTION
Shelbyville, Ill. --- Mr. and Mrs. Murvin
Yakey of Houston, Tex., former Shelbyville residents, have received word
that their son, Pvt James M. Yakey, has been missing in action since
June 8. He was serving with the airborne infantry and was one of
the first paratroopers to land in France. He attended Shelbyville
schools while residing here

KERRVILLE - Services for James M. Yakey, 78, of Concan, Texas, who died Thursday, Oct. 4, 2001, in a local hospital, are pending at Wright's Funeral Parlor of Kerrville.
