OPERATION POWER PACK (2)

THE LEAVENWORTH PAPERS
Operation Powerpack (pdf)

US soldiers take positions on rooftops and fire at snipers during heavy gunfire in Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. Casualties were reported on both sides.
