MISCELLANEOUS 508TH PHOTOS (4 of 5) |
Luftwaffe
Look-See
Aerial reconnaissance photography taken by the Luftwaffe centered
on Wollaton Park (circle added for ease of viewing) may have been intended
for V-2 targeting of the 508th.
Large black segments are believed to be voids resulting from joining
of multiple photos to create this montage.
Multiple large white blobs may be sand traps in a golf course.
Anyone remember such a course near the Park?
