OPERATION MARKET - UNKNOWN CHALK NUMBER

The IDPF for James Wickline mentioned that he had been aboard aircraft 42-10173.  Research indicates that this may have been a C-46.

Wickline was not seen on the ground by any member of his stick and by some accounts may have suffered a parachute malfunction.  His remains were later found in a field grave and re-interred in Margraten American Cemetery, Holland.

No other names for members of his stick are known as yet.  This record is posted solely as a possible clue to aid he research of others.
