More Company D?
This photo seems to have been taken at the same time and place as that on the left.  None of the men are identified but are likely to have been in Garza's platoon.

Tiny Tiger
What may have been the smallest man in Co D is flanked by two of his comrades emphasizing his height.
   Note the stack of parachutes in the right rear of the photo.  None of these men are identified.

IN TENNESSEE

Pfc. Carl B. Shearin. son of Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Shearin, 205 S. Church street, has just been transferred to Nashville, Tenn. in the 508th parachute infantry. Shearin. recently home on a 10-day furlough, had been stationed at Camp MacKall. His wife accompanied him to Tennessee.
