Grave marker for T/5 Ellsworth E. Bartholomew in the Pomona Cemetery and Mausoleum, Pomona (Los Angeles county), California.

T/5 Bartholomew was seriously wounded in action on June 14, 1944 and died of his wounds two days later.  He was posthumously awarded the Combat Infantryman badge (CIB) and the Purple Heart.
