Grave marker application and resulting grave marker for Pvt Henry A. Caulder in the Flagler Memorial Park Cemetery, Miami (Miami-Dade county), Florida.

Pvt Caulder enlisted in the Army at Camp Blanding, FL on 25 June 1941 and volunteered for parachutist duty.

On 16 October 1942 he was one of the cadre team transferred from the 507th PIR to the newly activated 508th PIR.

Pvt Caulder was transferred from the 508th at an undetermined date but, as a member of the 82nd Airborne Division, did jump into Normandy, France on D-Day and was killed in action that same day.
