PVT  ALBERT B. HILLMAN

Pvt Albert Hillman, son of Mr. and William Hillman, 114 Peete st., a paratrooper, has been missing in action in Europe since D-Day.

Bodies Of 27 More Heroes Being Return;
Majority Were Killed In France

   The bodies of 27 Greater Cincinnati soldiers who were killed in Europe in World War II are being returned to the U.S. aboard the Army Transport Lawrence Victory, the Army announced
yesterday.
      Among the 4,183 dead were 238 from Ohio, all of whom had been interred temporarily in military cemeteries in France.  The list included seven Northern Kentucky men.
   The Army listed the war dead and next of in as:

Grave marker for Pvt Albert B Hillman in Section 22; Lot 70 NW; Grave 1 of the Vine Street Hill Cemetery (Hamilton County), Cincinnati, Ohio.  He is buried alongside his parents, William and Luella Hillman, who both survived him.

Pvt. Hillman was killed in action on 15 Jun 1944 and was awarded the Purple Heart.
