7 Tar Heels Die In War
WASHINGTON (UPI) — The Defense
Department's latest list of Vietnam casualties released Monday included
seven North Carolinians. They were: Army: Capt. Larry W. Jones, son of
Mrs. Katherine T. Jones of Greensboro; Sgt. Tommy D. Mabe, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Curtis G. Mabe of Winston- Salem; Sgt. Charles E. McGee,
husband of Mrs. Mary McGee of Fayetteville; Cpl. Larry M. Roberson, son
of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Roberson of Burlington; and Pfc. Billy D.
Kennington, husband of Mrs. Violet M. Kennington of Charlotte.

Arms Fire on
