PVT OSCAR ORNELAS

Pvt. Oscar Ornelas
   Funeral services for  Pvt. Oscar Ornelas, 21, who was killed Thursday in an automobile accident Fort McPherson, Ga., will be at 3:30 p.m Tuesday at- Juan Gonzalez Funeral Home and San Jose Church, with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.
   Ornelas, who had been In the Army since 1951, resided at 812 Nineteenth.
   Surviving are his parents, Raul Ornelas and Mrs. Rofario Garcia; two brothers, Edwardo and Richard Ornelas;. four sisters, Mrs. Nora O. Rodriguez, Mrs. Rosario O. Sanchez, Mrs. Ysabel O. of Corpus Christ!, and his grandmothers, Mrs. Dolores Mendoza, Corpus- Christi, and Mrs. Isabel Ornelas; Laredo.

   A Fort Benning soldier, Pedro G. Garcia, was indicted for involuntary manslaughter in connection with a March 19 automobile accident near Hapeville, in which a Fort Benning private was killed. A true bill stated Garcia was driving an auto which overturned, causing fatal injuries to passenger Pvt. Oscar Ornelas.
