LAKE CITY - Specialist 5 Ronald W. Pharis, 22, died August 27 in Vietnam of injuries suffered in line of duty. Sp. 5 Pharis was in the 82nd Airborne Division of the United States Army, and had been in Vietnam since January 1 of this year.
   Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George W. Pharis, Lake City; two sisters. Mrs. Carolyn Alexander, Tallahassee; and Mrs. Barbara Williamson, Jacksonville; and two brothers, David and Eugene, both of Lake City.
   Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced at a later date by Wilson Funeral Home of Lake City.
