LT. EUGENE SHAVITCH
Reburial services for Lt.
Eugene Shavitch, 27, paratrooper who was killed in the invasion of
Normandy June 6, 1944, will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday at Fort Snelling
National cemetery.
Lit. Shavitch was a graduate of West high school and attended
Grinnell college.
Survivors are his parents, Mr.. and Mrs. Joseph Shavitch, 2835
Girard avenue S, and four sisters, Beatrice, Mrs.. Bernard Wolfson, Mrs.
