PFC GEORGE WILLIAM WALL

KILLED IN FRANCE --- Pfc George William Wall, 19, (above), son of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Wall, 3549 Norwood Boulevard, was killed March 14 in a plane crash in France, his family has been notified.  He had been overseas two months with an airborne division, having entered the service in October, 1943. Pfc. Wall was a graduate of Philips High [Birmingham} and a former student at Auburn.  In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Mary Ruth Wall, and two grandmothers, Mrs. Mary E. Darnell, Birmingham, and Mrs. Alice Wall, Graceville, Fla.
