TAPS Roll of Honor Final Jumps 4th BCT Casualties Accidental Deaths Cemeteries Casualty Stats 508th In Arlington TAPS History

During the course of the multiple campaigns of the war in which it fought, the 508th lost many men while others were lost to tragic accidents.  Sadly, the ravages of time continues to claim others since the war.  It is only fitting that we play "TAPS" here for one last time. (please allow sufficient time for the 300 kb music file to load)

TAPS

Day is done, gone the sun
From the lake, from the hill,
From the sky.
All is well, safely rest.  God is nigh.

Thanks and praise for our days
'neath the sun, 'neath the stars,
'neath the sky.
As we go, this we know.  God is nigh.
