Robert (Bob) Ernest Maibauer, born October 10, 1936 in Grand Rapids MI, died peacefully in his home on September 27, 2010 with his wife, Charlotte "Char" present.
Bob married Char in 1957. He served as a Paratrooper in the Army, maintained aircraft in the Air Force and was a proud member of the American Legion.
He retired from Tucson Electric having completed the System's Center redesign. His success was providing for his family adding "daughters and sons" across the spectrum.

Bob will always be remembered as a strong family man and host extraordinaire opening his home and cabin to friends and family. He will be wonderfully remembered and deeply missed.
Celebration of Life will be held at Bring's Broadway Chapel, 6910 E. Broadway in Tucson 85710 on Sunday, October 3, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with a reception following at the Maibauer home from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
