   Born on April 26, 1921 he was 24 years old at the time.  Surprisingly, his date of birth is the only date shown; there is no indication of when the card was completed.
   The records held under Serial Number of T916 and Order Number of T10323-A may have shown that date, however,
   Boyd died on February  5, 2007 in Lenoir, SC.
