Lowell E. McCreary, 77, of St. Petersburg, died Monday (Aug. 20, 2001) at Integrated Health Services of Pinellas Park. Born in Peru, Neb., he came here in 1969 from Tampa. He retired from the Army and was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War. Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Sumiko; two sons, Michael, Clearwater, and George O., Treasure Island; a daughter, Teresa M. Muhlstadt, Dearborn, Mich.; four brothers; two sisters, and five grandchildren. Royal Palm Funeral Chapel & Cemetery North, St. Petersburg.
