TUESDAY JUNE 8, 2004
NOTTINGHAM, ENGLAND - WOLLATON PARK

Wollaton Hall (Front)
stands on the park's highest ground and once was a family estate.  Today it serves as a museum

Wollaton Hall (Rear)
as seen from the rear garden area. Elegant styling
of the facades are wonderful to look at but must be a window washer's nightmare

Side Garden
affords another view from which one can appreciate the styling of the Hall

Art Gallery
exterior of each floor contain framed busts of various personages, perhaps family members

Deer Park
Wollaton is famous for its deer herd.  Supposedly a few of them ended up in the stew pot during the 508th's tenure.  Must have been some of the 507th guys, not our bunch!

Quiet Solitude
seems to suit this buck as he lies in the shade.
