5 L. D. (Spitty) Ellis is kind enough to send a copy
of Stars and Stripes, Germany edition, in which Frank Grigonis makes
the top headline for leading the 508th Paratroopers over USFET,
22-14, at Frankfurt last Monday , . . Spitty says he and Grig live
about two blocks apart. ... Adds that Grig ran the ball and directed
the team in a manner Scrappy Moore would have loved. . . . And
scored on Scrappy's "26" play. |
