GROESBEEK, HOLLAND - DE MALLEMOLEN

Groesbeek's Hospitality Evening courtesy of Grosbeek citizens for the 82nd Airborne at "De Mallemolen" or "Mad Windmill"

Entertainment began at the door with this gentleman and his expertise on the  "squeezebox"

82nd Logo on the stage left no doubt who the party was for

Stage Decor was "déjà vu all over again" as parachute silk and glider wheels were on display, all, of course, being WW-II artifacts.  Background music on the piano set the mood as guests shared war stories

Bob Speers, 508th explains the intricacies of digital photography to grandson Josh French

Speakers Welcome evoked many memories of hardships and battle but centered on a theme of gratitude
