Will and Testament completed 26 November 1943 assigned his assets to his mother. His
witnesses were Raymond Fabuz and Arthur Fish. On D-Day Fabuz was
KIA while Fish was captured.

For Issuance of Awards
dated 14 February 2002 detail all military decorations that were earned
by James.
Application
for Pennsylvania WWII Veterans Bonus
claimed by James' mother Effie, as his designated beneficiary.
Note that because he was killed in action there was no computation
of domestic or foreign time served. Instead, the award was automatically $500, the highest amount available.
His father, Mack, is shown with an address at a mental institution but
whether as an employee or patient is unknown.
